Services such as 24hours care services and continued medical treatment for customers who need professional post hospitalization care by licensed professional nurses and assisted by well train assistants, regular scheduled doctor visit to evaluate and treat patients, interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, ambulance/ transportation service from hospital/ house to centre of vice versa.
